Kathy Gordon is the office manager and patient coordinator. She is a graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in commercial art. She has worked with Dr Rhoad since 2003, helping to create a welcoming and comfortable office atmosphere. Her friendly, reassuring manner sets the tone and gives our patients confidence that they will receive the utmost in care. She takes a personal interest in making sure all aspects of a patient’s experience are positive. An Austin resident since 1970, Kathy and her husband have 3 sons and 6 grandchildren. In addition to being doting grandparents, they are avid Longhorn fans.

Julie Nordskog Andrews joined the Rhoad to Beauty team in July 2013 to provide front office support. She has been a patient of Dr. Rhoad since 1995, the same year she moved to Austin to attend the University of Texas. Raised in California and an avid traveler, Julie is friendly and fluent in Spanish. She is also a competitive Masters rower. She lives in South Austin with her husband and 9-year-old son.
