Rhoad to Beauty is a full-service plastic surgery and medical spa facility.

Our Talented Staff

Kathy Gordon

Kathy Gordon is the office manager and patient coordinator. She is a graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in commercial art. She has worked with Dr. Rhoad since 2003, helping to create a welcoming and comfortable office atmosphere. Her friendly, reassuring manner sets the tone and gives our patients confidence that they will receive the utmost in care. She takes a personal interest in making sure all aspects of a patient’s experience are positive.

Julie Nordskog

Julie Nordskog joined the Rhoad to Beauty team in 2013 to provide front office support. She became a patient of Dr. Rhoad in 1995, the same year she moved to Austin to attend graduate school at the University of Texas. Raised in California and an avid traveler, Julie is fluent in Spanish and speaks Portuguese. She lives in Austin with her husband and has one child attending the University of Texas at Dallas.

Alanna Scott

Alanna Scott joined Dr. Rhoad as her surgical nurse in 2016. Before that, she was a perioperative nurse at Seton Northwest Hospital for 18 years. She is both a Certified Nurse in the OR (CNOR) and a Surgical First Assist (SFA). In her free time, Alanna enjoys being outdoors, cooking, and spending time with her family and grand dogs.

Dr. Rhoad was the last of three doctors we went to when researching the possibility of having a breast augmentation. After talking with her I had a real good feeling about her, like she was the one. My husband and I spent well over an hour with Dr. Rhoad, discussing any and everything about the procedure from start to finish and beyond. After leaving her office, my husband said; “she’s the one”. We called and selected a date; it was too easy. From that point forward everything went like clockwork.
